Working Groups

The Policy Working Group under the MMFA is a collaborative work group that focuses on policy-related matters within the microfinance sector. Its nature involves several key aspects:
Feedback: The work group collects and analyzes feedback from various stakeholders, including members, experts, and external partners, to gain insights into existing policies and identify areas for improvement.

Challenges: The work group identifies and addresses challenges related to policy implementation, monitoring, and effectiveness. It aims to find solutions and overcome obstacles that may hinder the successful execution of policies.

Discussion: The work group engages in discussions to evaluate and review existing policies in time to time basic, as well as propose new policies when necessary. It adopts an environment for open dialogue and constructive discussion among members.

Advocacy: The work group plays a crucial role in advocating for policy changes or reforms. It communicates and represents the member’s interests and concerns to relevant stakeholders, including government bodies, regulatory authorities, and other influential entities.
